Empowering You
Who Are We?
Your Coach BFF, LLC is a woman owned and operated holistic coaching and consulting services company with specialized team of coaches and mental health providers to help support all aspects of your life, physical, mental, emotional, and financial.
Our mission is: “to empower and support our clients to be their authentic self, own their story, and transform their journey in this world”.
Our Approach:
Whether you are an individual or an organization, we believe in a holistic approach that connects all aspects of the human life.
Organizations are a group of people with coordinated behaviors towards a shared goal or purpose. In a complex and polarized culture, it becomes more challenging to create that shared purpose and an inclusive culture where employees can feel authentic and safe to be their best self and make a difference at work.
When you work with us, we will start by asking questions and conducting assessments to understand your needs and identify areas for growth, then we will work with you to tailor our suggestions and transformation plan. We will meet and check in with you regularly to provide support and guidance.

A financial coach takes a broad look at your overall finances and offers guidance on decisions that range from your budget, debt repayment plans, improving credit profile, and savings. Financial coaches review your complete financial profile, understand your financial behaviors and sentiments and help you prioritize steps to take while providing financial education, accountability, and support along the way. Financial coaches don’t advise on investments, stocks, or tax topics. Certified Public Accountants (CPA) are licensed professionals who practice public accounting and give tax and accounting advise. Financial advisors are specialists who facilitate your investments in the stock market and other securities. Financial coaches will often recommend a financial advisor to help people who have money to invest in the stock market and/or a CPA to help you prepare your taxes.

On average, it takes a good coach about 2 hours to have sufficient understanding of a client’s financial health. From there, time is needed to develop an action and education plan, monitor implementation, and adjust the plan as needed. We recommend a minimum of 6 coaching hours spread over few months to start seeing a difference. That’s said, each client’s needs are different, and we may need more time if the financial health requires more attention.
Our process:
Once a client books an initial appointment, we send the client our financial coach agreement and intake form. We ask the client to fill the form prior to our meeting as it maximizes the benefits the client receives from the initial consultation.
After meeting with the client and using the intake form, we prepare an action and education plan and discuss it with the client. Once that’s ready, it is a matter of monitoring the implementation of the plan, adjusting the plan as needed and increasing financial education of the client. Through the process itself may not be complicated, it takes time for the plan to unfold and for financial behaviors and sentiments to change.

Coaching focuses on the present and future goals and skills needed to reach these goals. A coach advocates for and consults with clients to help them strengthen their life skills and reach their full potential. Clients seek out coaches because they help people make new goals and change the direction of their lives based on an individualized plan based on the client’s needs and aspirations. A coach supports, motivates and empowers the clients to achieve their goals.
Therapy focuses on the present and past of the client and skills needed to overcome past issues. Psychotherapy is provided through a licensed health care provider typically someone with a master’s degree or PhD in psychotherapy, psychology or clinical social work. Though psychotherapy can help a client achieve certain goals, it focuses on mental health and emotional healing including trauma healing and equips the clients with cognitive tools for healing and managing mental health. A coach may recommend psychotherapy to clients who have trauma or other mental health challenges.

No matter the size or nature of the organization, all organizations struggle with certain issues such as: employees’ retention and motivation, increasing diversity and fostering inclusivity and equity, establishing and implementing processes for accountability of leadership violations, production and revenue, and social and environmental impact.
Organizational coaching is a holistic approach to coaching in the business arena as it combines elements of personal coaching, executive and leadership coaching, diversity and inclusion coaching, and business consulting.
An organizational coach serves as an objective and independent resource who is able to assess the strength and weakness of an organization, identify misalignment in the culture and strategy that is fueling the status of the business, and help create positive change that is reflective in employees’ retention and job satisfaction, higher production and revenue, and alignment with the organization’s core values and goals.
